Pokémon GO is starting a ramp up toward big one-year celebration event with fire and ice-themed "Solstice Event". The event is fixed for the 13th of June, 2017, at 1 PM PDT. This is the Pokemon GO event that has kept its lovers on the count down.
The developer of the popular game, pokemon GO, will be unleashing their new Fire and Ice event for the game. This will come alongside with increasing spawns of certain Pokemon and adding additional XP bonuses for trainers with good throws.

Meanwhile, the new Pokemon GO event, will increase spawns for both Fire-type and Ice-type Pokemon. Also expect to be offered discount on Lucky Eggs and a sort of blanket XP bonus for other activities. It is confirmed that the event will come to an end on June 20, a day before the real solstice.
