3. Enter 15 digit card number and 4 digit card ID in front of your card

5. Click on ‘’continue’’


6. Then you can at the card benefit page review the benefit of your new online account with American Express.

1. Log on to www.americanexpress.com


2. Click on “My Account” at the homepage


3. At the drop down box select the account type you want to operate


4. Enter your user ID and Password


5. Click on ‘’Login’’.

• If you forgot your User ID or Password follow this process to reset your password


• Click on the Forgot User ID or Password.


• Enter the 15 digit card number on the front of your card.


• Enter the 4 digit card ID for verification.


• Click on ‘’Continue’’.


• American Express will send an email to you containing the process of resetting your account.
