Butter 250gms
Sugar 255gms
Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Eggs. 4
Vanilla flavour 1 cap
Milk optional.
HOW TO PREPARE (STEPS)
cream butter and sugar until it becomes very soft, white and smooth,Add the well beaten egg, add flour
Add vanilla flavour and other flavour if necessary.
Add milk and mix all together,Bake for about 35 minutes.

Recipe. Quantities
Flour. 1kg
Butter. 125gms
Sugar. 250 gms
Baking poweder- 2 spoons
Nutmeg 2 seeds
Egg 3
Tin of milk 1/2
Groundnut oil
HOW TO PREPARE.
sieve the flour together with baking powder and salt into a bowl
Rub in butter add sugar and nutmeg
Add egg and water
Rub well with hands and roll out into shape
Fry inside hot groundnut oil
BUNS
Recipe QUANTITIES
Flour 500gms
Butter 250gms
Baking powder 1tb spoon
Sugar 125gms
Water or milk 125mlgms
Groundnut oil
HOW TO PREPARE
Sieve flour with baking powder into a bowl
Mix in the sugar and mix in the butter to a smooth texture
Mix water and milk and add to it, Mould into shape ( round ) and fry in a deep hot oil,When cooked remove and drain
PUFF PUFF

Sugar 250 gms
Yeast 2tb spoon
Warm water one cup
Lemon juice. Few drops
HOW TO PREPARE
Pour warm water in a bowl,Add flour sugar and yeast and stir together,Cover to rise, Mould into shape then fry in a hot oil
EGG ROLL
Recipe. Quantities
Flour. 500gms
Butter 250 gms
Egg. 5 boiled
Sugar. 125 gms
Baking powder. 2 tb spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
Sieve flour into bowl and milk with butter, Add baking powder sugar and whisk egg,Rub in the sugar and egg very well until it is very smooth,Roll out the dough and enclose the boiled egg in the middle, Then fry in a deep hot oil
TOASTED BREAD / SANDWICH
Recipe quantities bread few slices cabbage Small size tomato / onions, Small size egg
HOW TO PREPARE
Wash and cut the tomatoes onions and cabbage, Boil eggs or fry depending on how you want it, Use frying pan to heat it
Remove and rub butter in each layer of the bread,Add the egg tomato onion and cabbage on each layer and sprinkle with salt, Top the bread with another and toast in the bread in a toaster
DOUGHNUT
Recipe. Quantities
Flour. 500gms
Butter 125gms
Yeast 15gms
Milk. 250ml
Sugar. 75 gm
Salt. A pinch
Egg. 2
Water. About 1 cup
HOW TO PREPARE
filter the flour into the a bowl and warm on top of a fire,melt the yeast and sugar inside bowl with small mixed milk and water, make a hole in the center of the flour and add the dissolved yeast inside the centre and spread small flour or the centre and spread small flour on top of the liquid yeast inside the flour.
Cover with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place until the yeast rise.
Add the whisk egg, butter and the remaining liquid is milk and water, mix very well to form soft and slight dough, leave it until is no longer gumming your hands.
Still cover with a cloth and allow it to rise in a warm or hot place,when proved, mix well on a floured table and cut in to shape and deep a hole in the middle.
Heat oil and fry to a golden brown.
MEAT PIE
Recipe QUANTITY
beef 1/2 Kg
Flour 500gms
Butter 250gms
Carrots 250gms
Onion's 40gms
Irish potato 250gms
HOW TO PREPARE
Wash, and cut and boil the beef. Wash, cut and shred the vegetable's is carrot, onion's and Irish potato, pounds the beef, and fry the vegetables inside hot oil and drain, the mix the pounded beef and fried vegetable's together.
THE PASTE:
Filter the flour into a bowl and milk with baking powder and salt into a bowl, add butter and rub into a sandy texture,add water ad mix to form a soft paste, Roll out and cut into shape and fill in the fried vegetable's and beef, fold in and shape well,grease baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
BISCUITS
RECIPE QUANTITIES
Flour 500gms
Yeast. 15gms
Butter 25gms
Sugar teaspoon
Water/milk 250ml
HOW TO PREPARE
sieve the flour into a bowl and warm slightly,mix sugar and yeast with a small warm water in another bowl,make a hole in the flour and add the dissolved yeast, sprinkle a little flour over it and leave in a warm place "covered" until the yeast bubbles and break's through the flour.
Add the remaining liquid i.e water, milk,butter and salt,mix all together from centre, and make sure mere is enough water to form soft dough,still leave it in a basin or bowl and cover with a cloth and keep it in a warm place to double it's size.
After it has double it's size, put it in a floured table and knead,mould into desired shape and place it on a well greased tons air pans, put it a warm place for the second time to rise for about 15minutes,brush carefully with egg and bake in a hot for about 15 minutes "for small size" 30 minutes to 45 minutes for big sizes.
